Terms of Use

Terms for the Klickity website and demo.

Last updated September 15, 2026

Draft — publisher and contact details are pending.

The website and demo

You may use this website to learn about Klickity and try its keyboard sounds for personal evaluation. These terms cover the website; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

The browser demo represents Klickity’s sound profiles, but its timing, behaviour, and features can differ from the native Mac app. The keyboard shown is an interface, not a physical product for sale.

The Mac app licence

If you obtain Klickity through the Mac App Store, the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless the App Store listing provides a custom licence. These terms apply only to the website.

The App Store listing provides current availability, pricing, and compatibility information. Apple handles purchases and refund requests under its terms and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use and ownership

Use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt it, introduce malicious code, or infringe another person’s rights.

Klickity’s branding, website, software, and sound assets are protected by intellectual-property laws. The demo does not grant permission to copy or redistribute its sounds or reuse its branding. Applicable law and separate software licences remain unaffected.

Availability and your rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and working, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every browser or audio device. The website and demo may change or be discontinued.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and demo are provided as available without additional warranties. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections. The app licence governs warranties and remedies for the Mac app.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app and website handle information.

Updates will appear here with a revised date and apply going forward without removing existing rights. Publisher and public contact details will be added before Klickity’s release.
